Is joseph Duggar a pedophile ?

Joseph Duggar was born on January 20, 1995. He has worked in the television show 19 Kids and Counting. He has been arrested for indecent sexual activity on a 9-year-old girl. This incident happened in 2020. When Joseph and the alleged victim were on a family vacation in Florida, Joseph, who was 26 at the time, repeatedly asked the victim to sit on his thigh. 

The victim also said that Joseph touched her inappropriately under the blanket. Joseph Duggar has been taken into custody in his own state, Arkansas. This news is coming out after 5 years, after Joseph's brother was accused of child pornography.
